Frederick DOUGLASS HIGH SCHOOL WEIGHT ROOM RENOVATION
Frederick Douglass High School unveiled a newly renovated weight room, made possible through the support of former NFL player Kyle Arrington and his wife Vashonda Arrington, co-founders of the E.V.O.L.V.E Foundation. The project, designed to enhance fitness and athletic development for students, was celebrated with a ribbon-cutting ceremony attended by school officials and students.
- Promoting Health & Wellness: The renovated weight room provides students with a safe and modern space to prioritize their physical health, build confidence, and support their athletic development while laying a foundation for lifelong wellness.
- Inspiring Possibility Through Community Impact: This project reflects the ongoing commitment of Kyle and Vashonda Arrington and the E.V.O.L.V.E Foundation to invest in local youth. It shows students what is possible when communities come together to uplift and empower the next generation.
