ART THERAPY
The belief system of this program is meant to foster the emotional and social development of our kids. As well to allow them to become the best versions of themselves through self-expression and individuality.
- Art therapy helps reduce symptoms of anxiety, depression and stress by 73%. It also decreases self-harm tendencies in adolescents by 54% and provides effective coping skills. Art therapy strengthens emotional expression, self-esteem and self-awareness.
- Students with access to arts education are five times less likely to drop out of school, four times more likely to be recognized for academic achievement and four times more likely to receive a bachelor's degree.
