The E.V.O.L.V.E. Foundation in partnership with Tanger Outlets are honored to host a shopping spree experience for families from across the DC, Maryland, and Virginia area. As a part of our holiday giveback season, it is a cherished time to fellowship with our neighbors, as well as spread joy and goodwill throughout our community. Taking place at the National Harbor, the event not only brings happiness and gratitude to the participating families, but everyone involved.
